Our products and/or services include certain core functions, which encompass the functions necessary for connecting and controlling SEYO series beauty instruments via Bluetooth. (I) Functions Necessary for Connecting and Controlling Beauty Instruments via Bluetooth

You must first register a SEYO AP platform account to become a SEYO AP platform user. When you register, you need to provide us with at least your SEYO AP platform account name/mobile phone number and password. We will verify your identity by sending an SMS verification code. You may also choose to provide additional information such as your region, store address, store name, store contact person, and linked mobile phone number to complete your profile. Account deletion: Login > Personal Information > Edit Profile > Delete Account and Clear User Data.

When you contact us for customer service, our support personnel will use your account information to verify your identity. During communication with our support personnel, you may provide additional information beyond the above.

(IV) If we cease operation of the SEYO AP platform products or services, we will promptly stop any further collection of your personal information, notify you of the cessation of operations, and delete or anonymize the personal information we hold related to the discontinued business.

SEYO AP is a native mobile application. We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. WebView pages embedded within the application may generate browser-default local cache data, which is only used for normal page loading and display and is not used to track or identify you.

We will not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside the SEYO AP platform, except in the following circumstances:

• 2. When initiated by you.
